Tapas are a variety of small savoury Spanish dishes, often served as a snack with drinks, or with other tapas as a meal. To “tapear” is to go from bar to bar for drinks and tapas and is an essential part of the social culture of Spain. In this class, we will show you how to make a series of tapas, perfect for that dinner party at home or just because! This 4 hour class takes place in our kitchen and is fully hands on – you chop, prep and cook!

A 4 hour hands on cooking experience (you chop, prep, learn, cook and taste) with an incredibly experienced and talented local Chef!!

This class is on SUNDAY 26th AUGUST 2018 and runs from 9am to 1pm
Location is our café Gather @ The Family Table located at 8/839 Mackay Bucasia Road, Bucasia QLD 4750 (in the same complex as Annie’s Nursery and The Salvation Army store).
*Closed in shoes & hair tied back are mandatory. The Family Table supplies your apron for the class but please wear comfortable clothing as you will be on your feet for most of the class.
Maximum 10 people per class (a minimum of 6 people are required to run this class).
