MEXICAN STREET FOOD
Street food in Mexico is called antojitos (little cravings) and is prepared by street food vendors at small traditional markets. Join us for the ultimate Cooking Experience where we show you how to create authentic Mexican Street Food! This 4 hour class takes place in our kitchen and is fully hands on – you chop, prep and cook!
(Note: this menu is dependent on the availability of local, seasonal ingredients and may change to suit the availability of ingredients)
A 4 hour hands on cooking experience (you chop, prep, learn, cook and taste) with an incredibly experienced and talented local Chef!!
PLUS ask our Chef lots of questions about the techniques and ingredients used (we talk about a variety of things during our classes)

This class is on FRIDAY 29th JUNE 2018 and runs from 5:30pm to 9:30pm
Location is our café Gather @ The Family Table located at 8/839 Mackay Bucasia Road, Bucasia QLD 4750 (in the same complex as Annie’s Nursery and The Salvation Army store).
*Closed in shoes & hair tied back are mandatory. The Family Table supplies your apron for the class but please wear comfortable clothing as you will be on your feet for most of the class.
Maximum 10 people per class (a minimum of 6 people are required to run this class).
